Want to use my music?

Sure! Go ahead! I would really happy to see my work being used by people.

But just remember a few things  to remember and basically two ways to use the music one free and other costing $40 for any projects you do for one year, depending on what type of use is intended.


OPTION 1 - Free Standard license 
OPTION 2 - Extended license - $40

 

OPTION 1 - Free Standard license  Use it for Free! (Only for web videos, even if you monetize them, you can use the music for free but you have to provide credit)

You can download all the music and sound effects available on ppsongs.com and use it in your videos. Even if you are creating videos and entering them for monetizing on youtube or any other free/public video sharing sites like dailymotion, vimeo etc.All my music for for free! 

This license is good only for videos that are on internet and not on offline DVDs and other uses.

You can use the music in web videos under this license, without paying a fee. But under following conditions:

• You must give creditYou must give credit in the start or end of the video or in the video description as:

• Make video available only on web and not offline methods like CD/DVDThe videos that you make using music on this site must be only distributed on the internet. It must not be commercially sold on DVD. This can be for any type of video. Company promotion, presentation, short films etc.
  
  For example, if you are creating a wedding video which is intended to be uploaded on youtube then you can use the music and only provide a credit,  according to this free standard license. However, if you use the same video offline on DVD then you must purchase an extended license.
  
• Other points to note:
  
  Commercial use is allowed
  if you are a YouTube partner, you can use music under this license for monetization. But you must  provide credit anywhere in the video or in the description. (As explained in the format above)
  
  UsageYou can use this music in any type of video ranging from short films, marketing materials, etc, but with an exception, porn, violence, community hatred etc. I would not like my music to be played in videos which are profane or create violence amongst communities.

OPTION 2 Extended license - $40

Buy an extended license and you can use the music:

• No Credit Required
  After paying me 40$ you can use the music in your video without providing me a credit.
  
   
• Royalty free!
  In any infinite number of projects, infinite number of times without having to pay any royalty!
  
• Even offline use!
  Offline commercial use in DVDs, video games, radio jingles etc!

Other terms: 

Do not  host the MP3's available here on third party sites
I welcome you to  download all my music and put it on your hard drive for personal use and use that music in your videos. Extended or Standard license both. But you cannot upload it on website URLs or other sharing sites. If you want to share the music to your friends please send them to this website where they can download it.



Q. Can I remix this song and create new music?
No, you cannot create derivatives of this music. This music is only available to be used as background music in videos and any of the tunes etc should not be used.
